Fees and Insurance
Standard Rate
Compassion Counseling Services, PLLC provides therapy, intakes, and parent meetings at a flat rate of $210 per session.
Insurance Reimbursement
Compassion Counseling Services, PLLC does not bill insurance companies directly, but can provide you with monthly statements, which can be used to seek insurance reimbursement. If you’re planning to seek reimbursement, please contact your insurance provider prior to the start of therapy to verify your out-of-network coverage. Please note, insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement.
Forms of Payment
The following are accepted forms of payment: credit, debit, cash, personal check, or Health Savings Account.
Tax Deductions
Mental health expenses, along with associated mileage, are often tax-deductible as medical expenses.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation is necessary, please give a minimum 24-hour notice. Missed or late cancellations will be billed at the standard session rate. Clients late to an appointment will be billed at the full rate, and the session will end at the scheduled time.
